Following a 14-year career in successive roles in institutional real estate development, investments, and asset management, Ben founded AltCrest Energy to follow his passion of integrating sustainability with successful real estate projects.

Prior to AltCrest, Ben held the position of Director, Development at QuadReal Property Group, one of Canada’s largest real estate companies with $73.8 billion in AUM. In this role, Ben led a 5 million square foot mixed-use master plan development project incorporating district energy with geothermal systems, along with industrial development projects incorporating rooftop solar PV systems. Ben firmly believes that the future of real estate is net-zero.

Anthony was exposed to the world of construction from a very young age. He was captivated by the infinite potential of construction and clearly envisioned his future in the industry. After studying Architectural Technology, Anthony dedicated himself to the advancement of the family business. While serving as Managing Director, he helped lead Broccolini's expansion into the Ontario market and develop a new niche for the company in the construction of high-rise buildings. Over the past ten years, he has been instrumental in helping expand the company’s operations to triple revenue to reach a more than a billion dollars with its integrated business model.

Today, as Chief Executive Officer of Broccolini, Anthony leads the company with a particular focus on promoting and fostering a positive company culture, working to build and steward a team that’s as close-knit and caring as family. Always focused on the long-term, he leads with remarkable skill and an inspiring vision for Broccolini.

Anthony is active in the business community and is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization. He sits on the board at AltCrest Energy and the Loyola High School Foundation and is a member of the Vanier College Architectural Technology Advisory Board.

Passionate about energy and its role in our world, Cengiz joined AltCrest three weeks into the company's formation. As Manager of Investments, Cengiz manages project origination and deal structuring. Before joining AltCrest Energy, he previously worked in the M&A team at TION AG, a German energy investment company.

Cengiz also worked in strategy at enmacc, Europe’s leading energy trading fintech. Before entering the energy industry, he worked in software sales, covering large enterprise clients at Trint. Cengiz holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
